Long shot: Does anyone remember a short story of a NYC heroin dealer that used to get posted here maybe 15 year ago?

Pretty much the title. It was a very well written and interesting short story, got reposted several times here around 2009-2011 but I just can't seem to find it. I hope there is someone who remembers it.
