    wal-mart has them high quality for $15, i have hung 120lbs. off of mine plus my bodyweight, it's plenty strong enough

    It's easier just to use tree branches conveniently shaped in a straight line.
    Do all sorts of "-ups" and climb around a bit and you'll have Matt Furey's PRIMATE STRENGTH in no time!
