I don't see the point in choosing one over the other really. They both have their good points, and it sucks having the same thing all the time. I try to have a different type of meat every single day simply because I like variety, and because I know that's the best way to get a plethora of different nutrients. I don't understand people who lock themselves into one thing, or boring diets where they have like 3 dishes they eat all the time.
