Please show me where I said anything about minorities? Are you really attempting to compare Mexico to Chicago? You’re right, it’s such a disgrace which explains why this city has the 3rd largest GDP in the US. Of course I don’t like some of the politics involved and we also have a not so proud history of corruption but for the most part this city gets shit on way too hard. I’m curious, what city do you live in? I’ve lived in 5 different states. I was stationed at a few Army and Air Force bases years back. I’ve said on here before Chicago was not my first choice to move to after my decision to leave the Air Force. I was offered a job with the ATF Denver Division and turned down a job that would’ve guaranteed me at least 2 more years living in a state that I loved. I grew up on the Southside of Chicago. I have no idea what bubble you’re referring to and I have never answered dishonestly when people ask me about my experiences and what I think about the current criminal state of Chicago.

The comparison with the Raiders is interesting because they’re a hell of a lot better than people give them credit for. Which is exactly what I’ve been saying in this thread about Chicago. Im not emotional at all, I’d love to move to Colorado but I take care of my obligations here and enjoy a place that I’ve called home for over 20 years. Yes, some of our taxes are trash. We have a problem with voting in liberals who only use their government position to better themselves while this city constantly gets fucked over. We do have a shit ton of homeless, they pour into this city from every single surrounding suburb due to this city actually having shelters. You’re absolutely wrong about Mexico though. Compare the violent areas of that country with the violent areas of Chicago and let me know what your findings reveal. Here’s another thought, let’s compare the non violent areas and see who’s living better.
