Does semen retention have benefits? Maybe (or even no, if you're so staunch)

Does chronic masturbation have a negative effect? Definately

If you had to choose between semen retention(one extreme) and Chronic masturbation (other extreme), there is one that is OBVIOUSLY bad for you and one that OBVIOUSLY isn't. So i think Jerking off less, Or reducing it, Is generally good advice for a young man. Semen retention isn't a new idea. many cultures have been practising for quite some time.

There is a reason the ads for dickpills nowadays don't have old men zooming around and a granny giving the camera a wink, they are targeted towards younger men.

There is nothing positive about pornography, when you consume it you're simply helping an industry that is fueled by drugs and human trafficking, regardless on your overall thoughts on semen retention. Personally I think that the modern iteration of pornography is bad for young mens health and the health of the average relationship, which extrapolates to it being a net negative for society.

However, even hinting that "porn bad" is enough for gooners to give you paragraphs about "let me explain to you why sex work is real work" or "There was porn throughout human history!"
