Not difficult for like a hunter who goes to the range and knows their scope well. If you gave a hunting rifle to a random person and asked them to make a 200 yard shot it would take them a while. Just like random people struggle to bunch shots from 10 yard with a pistol, which average gun user would say is easy

Yeah, I know kids fresh out of range week in basic who had no prior experience shooting who could hit that. I'm very far from a sniper but I could probably hit that standing in good weather conditions.

Now there may be something to be said about if the choice of location and set up hints at more experience

You'd be wrong though. Go to any left wing youtuber, even the more center left ones like Pakman. Then look at the comments. It's 99% celebration and people expressing they couldnt care less.
