Yeah for me it's not so much making the shot that suggests experience. It's the pre-planning, knowing where to be to have the right angle, getting there without being seen and having a strategy to get away before anyone can react and doing all this while staying calm enough to carry it out.

Agreed. I pointed out up-thread the differences between this and Crooks attempt to assassinate Trump. Crooks made no attempt to escape, and kept firing into the crowd even after Trump hit the deck and he had no clear shot.
