Sadly, I'm not surprised this happened. I have no real feelings about Kirk or his general message but its a shame something like this happens, either to him or anyone else. I think Conservative voices need to be aware that violence is increasingly becoming an acceptable means to silence them.

The shooter is almost certainly some leftist freak who's overdosed on MSM propaganda that America is being taken over by fascists, so in his mind he just shot (killed?) a fascist, so he's the hero of the hour.
