I am from Canada where guns are illegal. The only people with guns are the police and the criminals.

I agree that the US has issues but I think it is more that there are laws in place and these laws are not being enforced. Dangerous people are arrested and flushed back out on the street to reoffend.

Get the habitual criminals off the street..

Would that have solved this issue...We won't know until they catch somebody but it would certainly cut down the overall violence.
