Nothing will touch the time Ken Shamrock fell and got a cut right before his fight (was it Strikeforce?). Even his brother (who was announcing the fights) started capping on him about it.

It was eliteXC , he was scheduled to fight Kimbo Slice . They tried desperately at the last minute to get a big name to jump in , including Frank Shamrock , but they ended up with Seth Petruzelli and look how that turned out

haha it also happened too Kevin Randleman in UFC, fell over on the ring walk and the fight got cancelled at the last second. Everyone was fuming and in disbelief, it was UFC 24 I believe.

I have that event on some bootleg DVD, because after UFC 22 they stopped releasing the VHS and DVDs, until UFC 30 and it started again. but UFC 23-29 was in the dark period and underground

I brought that DVD in around late 2000 from a market, and was absolutely disgusted and fuming waiting for the main event, it was taking ages too because the DVD was recorded from the PPV, and not edited or cut.. so it was in real time lol, the wait was awful. I was a big fan of Pedro Rizzo as well and wanted to see the fight so badly.

Haha I got totally ripped off, paid like $12 for that UFC 24 DVD. One of the worst events ever. But hey back then it was so hard to watch the events, no way to watch those UFCs 23-29 unless you got some bootleg DVDs. The world has changed so much now, its a different world, we can get anything in seconds.

I think that was in the top 5 worst UFC PPVs ever.
