Agree. I didn't say he was the best they have to offer, I said that if White makes him out to be the best, if and when he gets soundly beaten by UFC fighters that highlights the capability gap between the two orgs.

Dana has always promoted that way. There's good talent in both promotions. The UFC has more depth but Bellator is easily the #2 promotion in the world. They've also been signing good regional talent recently rather than going after over the hill UFC fighters.

It will be hard to be champ in 9 months if you're only willing to fight the biggest names for the most money...and even some of those fights (Ferguson in December) may not work out. He better fight whoever he can, make a big statement, then hope for a title shot.
