No man I don't think you are stupid, mental health problems are just like any other illness but people on the outside have a hard time dealing with them because they can be affected by them differently than other illness. It can be a fine line between someone struggling and someone just being a jerk.

I´m more of a jerk online, sometimes.

People don´t know that I had a few moments of mental illness. You can´t tell unless I told you. Like my best friend didn´t know after 10 years I mentioned it the other day again and he asked basic questions. It´s not a permanent thing. It´s like getting a fewer.

Being a jerk online is a choice and culture.
 
Awesome, please don't forget to prove the weight is legit, someone will surely call you out if you use that monster dumbbell you have. Recommend you step on scale, show weight, then pickup new dumbbell and do curls all in one continuous shot. Sincerely hope you pull this off, I can't remember the last time someone made a claim like this here and actually backed it up. Good Luck.
There are also different variations of concentration curls I don’t do right arm outward I target the inner bicep , I have to do the, like this bc I have a torn pec and slight collarbone injury so,I cannot put dead weight on it . I’ll do the left hand like the one tyou described though it will be a minute to work to that weight my left can do 70”s so 90”s is possible being I’m not even trying right now and did 3 easily .

 
If you compete in an org that requires testing and choose to use, then yes it's cheating.
It's no different to any other sport. We don't glorify Olympic athletes that cheat, we ban them from competing and revoke their wins.

If you want to use PEDs fight outside the UFC in an org that allows it. 50% of UFC athletes barely earn minimum wage.
Those guys aren't using a high level PED cycle that can avoid testing. It's overblown in the UFC. The money isn't enough to make it worthwhile. That's why people usually start to pop as they are on their way out and they usually pop for random stuff that reads more like a bodybuilder stack. The struggling fighters get some random stuff off a bodybuilder and then pop for it.

Cardio is fine. Energy low. Strength has dropped a full 20% or more. Long sleep tonight will help.
I'm doing my kickbox stuff. Was a good idea to work out, feeling the low nicotine, just gotta accept I'm weak now. 90 kg bp x 7 stead 110. Could only do 2 sets. But cardio feels solid. Not tired. Just not powerful. If you get what I mean.

Edit : she started blasting loud rap / dance music trough the room speakers and do some crazy dance choreographies. Good athlete. Very flexible also. Respect. Majorly losing strength, my body working vs the nicotine.

Whatever do anything. Work out. Sensing 2 months of getting back to previous strength levels incoming. Overnight 30% drop in strength and 60% in energy. 7-8 years of nicotine.

Threadmill shows heart rate dropped a bit already.

I was only on 0.3% liquid. So very sufferable. No pain. Just aggetated like annoyed provoced. And energy said goobye. But nothing realistically hard. Had solid nicotine cravings yesterday.

🥲 my strength progress is saying goodbye. Can't mantain it now.


Gonna be worth it.

But I also feel I will lose weight. My appetite is lower.

Humiliating lifting weights. I do bodyweight kettbell cardio stuff. Can't bear to see the numbers decrease on bars.

Post one of your bag sessions like I did.
I'll try to get a clip of sparring over the weekend. Not at a proper gym. Just meeting up a fighter in a cheap fitness gym where they got a almost always empty class room where I can do some drills, pads and sparring. Pretty cringe if I decide to kick in there as it's got no mats, whatever I wanna show off some kicking. If anyone is near by to film a bit. I should go to a proper kickbox gym, lol soon.

Also can record some bag maybe friday, get a bit over my withdrawl, or maybe tomorrow.

And possibly a round mits.

I'll tell him to go hard. Within normal reasons. I want someone to bleed 😅🤣. Nah it'll probably look average. But no mats sucks ass, boxing can be done just fine. I just don't wanna miss out on kicking.

I also kinda weigh almost 40 kg more than this guy.

I better not flopp vs a skinny guy after claiming I got some skills 😉. I did shit all sparring the last 2 years though.

I mean technical sparring will never give you brain damage anyways. If it hurts it means you are going hard.

My 5 brain cells are looking for survival.

4th day of not smoking, I´m annoyed as shit and bored. Can´t workout, did 8 out of 11 the last days. Feeling drained. Till I adapt and become able to train daily. Or also adapt my inesity / volume so no rest days are needed lol. 1 rest a week is good. I´m bored, hope I´lll be fit tomorrow to train. Can´t really play dota it annyos the shit out of me and my communication score tanked there. Cause I shout at people XD XD. Who cares its a videogame. With stupid :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: players who always gotta spam the most op heroes of the current patch to gain mmr. Cheap pheggots. Lifestealer, abadon, tidehunter spammers. Cheap stupid kids. However feeling good. Just obviously annyoed. training is gonna be good. But I can already feel won´t be rested tomorrow. Well it´s the withdrawl. Who cares, as long as I get to excercise.
 
I mean why play dota if I could get better at sports and career. Isn´t that better to invest energy there. Or even pick up some other art stuff creative stuff instead of playing fat Gaben Valves game that´s supposed to hijack our brain and make them money.
