Do this. I can only get 8-12 with 100 kg for two working sets. Granted M'bloat is using a lot of body english and his range is limited but It's a lot of work.
I don’t lift like a typical person so I wouldn’t recommend my challenges because they aren’t the norm I use less technical aspects and more raw movement which is compound ones and static training mostly bc it’s less stressful on my joints and o get the same results I’m looking for which is over strength .The challenges are hard.
Going to the gym now.
Gonna try the pull down and squat.
Squated yesterday and did only 70 kg and it felt hard. But might get spurts by squating often as I basicaly only do BW squats.
Gonna try how much I can lat pull when I'm fresh. Hate to squat. Simply cause my numbers are low, so ego. Gonna do multiple sets but also with low weights to build some basic strength.
On the flipside, I am enjoying deadlifts now, used to hate them.
Lat pull down on machine is solid. As I can't pull up. Maybe can close grip get 2, maybe.
i might get a set of 7-8 with 70 kg lat pull down. But only fresh as first excercise. Might. The squats are a much better excercise.

But if you can hold 100 pounds dumbbell in a lock position waist length with the elbow in place and slightly extended outward at any position ( it varies ) without much struggle that’s an accomplishment……I know you don’t train like that so ……start with lighter weights obviously. I’ll do another max in 2 weeks to show you it’ll be 140 pounds dumbbell at 175 pounds weight doing static and partial reps ( I’m cutting weight ) .

I’ll do them on Saturday I have a 90 pound dumbbell witha 3 1/2 inch grip so it adds to the difficulty bc you can’t fully grab the dumbbell without giant hands so it feels like 100 pounds or more I’ve had very strong guys come here and be surprised you always want to make the lift more difficult ina gym you won’t find the dumbbells I have I have ones that the handle spins and causes cuts if you lift it wrong ……Can you show me ? I'm down to try.

Gym might have 45 kg dumbells, I never looked for them. I def can't curl no 100 pounds lol. Maybe 1 rep of shoulder activation lift aka front raise thing hammer curl grip. Maybe. 100 pound ? I don't know. How much big 3 ? Dl Sqt BPThe first vid is more like it that guy is lifting a lot of weight for his size and he’s on a preacher curl thing so it’s putting more pressure on on the at arm , I don’t hVe a preacher curl I lift more direct to my body position upright where the angle is mre my control and less leverage though you can leverage ona preacher pad ( I’m at holding dead weight ) but there is no right or wrong here but my method builds raw strength bc I actually lock the weight in mid air and play with it increases shoulder strength and body locks . He’s increasing bicep strength for sure but he’s also pulling straight back ,I’m pulling mainly side pressure using less body leverage.
I can concentrate curl 90 pounds strict easy for reps I don’t usually do them bc the other training I do puts stress on my joints ,extending with good form usually hurts but I still do it but I limit it . I box and punch a lot so my body takes battering bc I’m hitting concrete at least 3 x a week and I incorporate heavy lifting with it etc etc

I am Croatian and I understand 40% of what russians are saying. Actually less cause their accent sounds like mumbling to me.
