Look, Chael trolls alot once he gets into promotion mode but when he's not in promotion mode for a fight, Chael's usually spot on. I love the JRE but I listen to Chael just as much.

Also, where Joe fucked up was saying Khabib's striking is amaturish...because by saying that, he basically called Al Iaquinta's striking even below amatuer level.

Saying Rogaine can't criticize Khalabeeb because 1. Rogaine never fought MMA and 2. Khalabeeb had dominant performance is like saying Ebert can't criticize Michael Bay's Transformers because 1. Ebert never directed a blockbuster movie and 2. Transformers had dominant box office performance.

This is SO true! Joe's only way of understanding MMA is thru the 'style point' system of traditional martial arts that he grew up with. This is why he loves guys like Barboza, Wonderboy, Machida etc, all guys that were brought up in similar systems and are 'technically brilliant'. Rogan is mostly responsible for 'The Machida Error' because he was able interface with Machida, was able to understand and appreciate his game because it so resembled Joe's karate that he was brought up and indoctrinated in. Unlike Joe, Khabib is an actual competitor and does not care about ballet, only kicking ass, not losing, producing result and dominating men.
 
Sonnen talking purely for the sake of talking. He's had his bell rung a few times to often, but isn't at Bisping standard of talking shit just yet.
