Henry is speaking Portuguese in the video. Portuguese and Spanish are pretty similar. Even without any studying, as a Spanish speaker you can understand about 70% of what people are saying. If spoken slowly and with some patience and no slang, maybe more. Now that they've spent a bunch of time together, it’s not surprising that CCC can speak some decent basic Portuguese.

He’s speaking Spanish with a Portuguese accent. For the most part Portuguese speakers can understand Spanish while Spanish speakers have a hard time understanding Portuguese.
