Hollywood doesn’t care about the end user/viewer. I seriously hope the movie takes a giant John Carter dump just to send a message, but it won’t.

I really dont know how to feel about all of these controversies surrounding capt marvel. I'm at the point that i wish mcu just hired a different actress. I know the movie could be good and she's entitled to her own opinions, it's just the mixing of politics with movies is annoying as fuck.

Years ago i wouldn't have believed marvel could make an awesome infinity war movie. They did though and this is the most excited i've been to see a series of movies end. Now im fucking petrified with this Disney (TLJ) + Brie Larson combo fucking up the avengers end game.

Anyone remarked on how the trailer(s) kind of ruin the plot by showing scenes from both before and after Captain Marvel became a superHERo?

She's supposed to have amnesia and not remember anything from her life on earth, right? I don't really know how they are going to use this in the movie, but the traditional way of doing it would be to have her rediscover her past one piece at a time (showing it to the audience in the process).

But through the trailer we already know everything about her past on earth, and basically all about her past as a Kree soldier as well. So how is this going to be engaging in the movie?

I'm actually shocked at the response this film is getting on here because I was attacked only a few months ago for saying how stupid it is that Captain Marvel is being brought in not Adam Warlock especially as they have been teasing him for years now in the MCU and he is the right one to end Thanos.

I learned recently that Captain Marvel did defeat Thanos in the comics.

That Captan Marvel, however, was a privileged white male at the time.

I think Warlock was the original direction they were going and hinting at but then Wonder Woman and Black Panther happened.
