Nova and the Nova Corps is more of Marvels Green Lanterns but in Guardians of the Galaxy they were kind of weak .

What about Sylvester Stallone's character? Does he have any powers or enhancements?

I am a huge Xmen fan and have zero interest in Sansa as Phoenix.

You seem like someone I wouldnt agree with on a lot of things. I have seen a lot of people say shes not a good actress on this board. Gal is hot , they just wanted her to have bigger boobs.

I just realized this movies plot has ALOT in common with Green lantern. Even the space team looked green lantern'ish. This will probably be a better version though.

gals over all looks were super criticized on this board. Not just her boob size but her overall body was seen as not athletic or strong enough. There was also questions about her ability to carry such a big movie based on her not really have that big lead role prior.

But ya we would likely disagree a lot as i think you are more emotion driven and that leads you to guess and pre judge whereas I typically wait and assess.

I'm weary of this. Loved the original Xmen cast - the recast were alright ... mostly new Charles and Magneto

but a third starting of xmens gives me pause

But if anyone can pull it off it's Marvel

I mean they have to start over fresh or people are going to have some questions when Quick Silver shows up

Xmen is such a big brand I hope the MCU holds them back, short of easter eggs, for the next phase of the MCU.

I would centre the next phase around the relaunched Xmen and F4 and do a few cross overs with characters like the Hulk popping in.

Trailer wasn't very good by Marvel's standards but I like Brie a lot as Captain Marvel and it looks like her performance will be good. I chuckled at the Blockbuster scene and her punching the old lady at least.
