Can't remember last PPV I ordered. UFC is def. on decline!

It’s garbage these days. Nobody I know buys pay-per-views anymore. Nobody I know really even cares.

I miss the good ol’ days....but I don’t think they’re ever coming back.

I order almost every card, so I cancel you out. Plus I've had Fight Pass for 4 (?) years. I'm a schill!

i haven't paid for a PPV in a long time. im broke, fuck off

but if I could, I would've paid for 217.

"None of my friends who were into MMA since Pride days watch it anymore. Even the hardcore fans can't deny that there is a huge decline in MMA popularity since the golden days."

In the real world, not in your fantasy land, the UFC is on FOX and will be on ESPN, and it is worth billions, meanwhile Pride is dead.
And your golden days sucked, 2018 mma is fucken amazing.

The sport is in the toilet. I don’t even consider buying PPVs anymore. They can’t even get their main event fighters to the cage without months of drama regarding injuries and weight.

Half the champs don’t even want to fight anymore and the general talent level is trash.

The worst part is that I don’t even miss it anymore.

The UFC is more akin to a league, how much you think the NBA, NFL, MLB leagues are worth?
ESPN has lost at least 20% of its viewers since 2014 and saw revenue from Sportscenter decline from $405 million June 2015 to June 2016, to $304 million the same period in 2017.
They lost 500,000 subscribers last month alone.
They just let their boss go for being a cokehead.
Good luck.
By the way, there’s literally no coverage of last nights card in ESPNs main page.
Again, good luck.

so would you say that the NBA is mainstream but the cavaliers arent cause they're simply a team?

Stipe v Cormier is literally the only announced fight worth looking forward too. Besides that there is zero on the horizon. Let's be real and honest here.

Too many fighters under one banner. People call guys no-namers, because they don't have the strike force, wec, ect to build up a name before coming over to ufc. I barely know which fights in the undercard to get excited for. Even lately there's fighters on the main cards I never heard of(or don't deserve to be there). Ufc isn't dying, but the ppv interest seems to be. They are more than making up for it on the fs1 cards. I'm gonna be bummed when they switch to ESPN, because I get free fs1 with the app.
