Can't even protect the White House. smh.

They should just merge this thread into the TDS megathread.

The fact that you are still spouting this smear BS just goes to show how out of touch with reality you are.
Everyone knows he's a piece of shit and a traitor to our country. The real question is what do you get by denying it?

nope. That's how you guys drown out the truth.

The White House is in danger because of incompetence.

I don't think Obama would have done better. He just would have had a worshipful press who protected him instead of twisting everything he does.
Why are we talking about Obama? This is real-time news. Happening right now. This dipshit could end up dead because he refuses to enact simple workplace rules based on science.

The Obama admin tackled ebola far better than the Trump admin has done with Covid-19, same with H1N1. There is no reason to suspect any GOP or Democratic administrations could possibly perform as poorly as the Trump admin.

So you won't vote for Biden?
We're not talking about the election. We're talking about the current WH administration and Secret Service being on the verge of a viral outreak.

It's expected that they would see a high number of infections months ago as the world was getting a grasp on the situation. The Trump admin, after months of ineptitude, ignoring it's own guidelines, is getting infections amongst it's staff in May.

Huge difference at play there.........
They've almost all been after mid March and in April. Isn't that well past when you've been saying the orange man should have known everything about the virus and gotten rid of it? Ineptitude for the orange man to not control the vice president's home hours, but totally understandable for everyone else to not be able to avoid themselves and their families getting it. Keep it up, you're on a roll.

Leaders from other nations have implemented policies within their administrations over the last two months. Trump has not.

And that's why here in May we're seeing cases in the White House.

Christ. I wonder if you'll be making these same types of "arguments" as we're well into the summer and the bodycount is in the 6 digits........

When is the date everyone should have had these policies hammered out? I just want to see you keep twisting yourself into a pretzel looking for a way to blame the orange man while trying to give passes to everyone else.

The date seemed to be over a month ago, when the rest of the competent world leaders starting making changes. Even fucking Boris Johnson is handling this better than Trump now, and AFTER the herd immunity idiocy and contracting it himself.

Keep defending the US response, knowing damn well we used to lead during times like this, not lag behind and lead the world in deaths.

Really? So February and March was Trump dropping the ball and acting way too late, but "starting to make changes" in early-mid April is about right for "competent world leaders"? Lol, the UK has double the per capita deaths of the US, Italy, Spain and France are around the same, Netherlands, Sweden, Ireland are also higher and Switzerland is right around the same as the US, but they all nailed it while the US dropped the ball. Got it, sounds great.

Other world leaders were taking steps while they were seeing their swells in cases. The Trump admin still doesn't have anywhere near the widespread testing we need, and this is after he urged people to protest the state lockdown orders he urged in the first place.

Scattershot and inept. It sucks you don't hold America and it's capabilities to a standard higher than Italy or Spain......

A single WH death would embolden terrorists around the world. Proof that you can get a sickness into that building is not good.
VP doesn't have an office in the WH.

His office and staff are at another building.

That's a bit obvious. That's where the Soviet Union failed too. Granted back in the 80s we couldn't engineer viruses but maybe they should have tried for something like this instead of stuff like Anthrax and Ebola.
Biological weapon programs focused on these super deadly but not very contagious(from person to person) pathogens that you could spread by artillery or spraying from a plane. Something like the Corona or a more stable and deadly flu where you could send a few infected agents to terrorize a nation would be much better.
The point is that you can keep a plausible denial. If you nuke somebody you get nuked back, if you bomb them with Anthrax you get bombed back, but if you send a few supposed tourists, refugees or what have you into the enemy country you can create havoc, ground aircraft carriers, overwhelm hospitals, maybe even kill some politicians and people will be fighting each other to claim where the virus came from.
And then you keep doing it over and over again. Every year a new deadly strain of the corona or the flu. Granted it could come back to your country but it could be easier to contain when you know it's coming and when you're a totalitarian dictatorship closed to the outside world.

Fuck the CCP.

Got to be the most incompetent administration in history.

In a building with a ventilation system designed to specifically dissipate airborne viruses - where all you have to do - literally - is self isolate when you're not at work - these dipshits have created a petri dish for disease, risking exposure of the people who are supposed to running the nation (into the ground). Meanwhile it bans the COVID-19 taskforce?

Pence aimed to project normalcy during his trip to Iowa, but coronavirus got in the way

Michael Collins, USA TODAY

WASHINGTON – Vice President Mike Pence was hoping to use a trip to Iowa on Friday to promote efforts to reopen the economy and demonstrate that life is returning to normal across the country amid the deadly coronavirus pandemic.

Those plans started to unravel before he even left Washington.

A member of Pence’s staff, press secretary Katie Miller, tested positive for coronavirus just as the vice president was about to depart, delaying his plane for an hour.

On Saturday, three key members of the White House Coronavirus Task Force, including Dr. Anthony Fauci, were reported to be self-quarantining after coming into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

Friday's revelation came just one day after the White House disclosed that a military valet to President Donald Trump also tested positive for the virus. Later on Friday, a person familiar with the matter said 11 Secret Service employees currently have the virus.

On the ground in Iowa, the vice president’s appearances did little to reinforce a return to normalcy. Attendees at a roundtable discussion on securing the nation’s food supply awaited Pence’s arrival by sitting in chairs spaced far apart in a nod to social distancing guidelines that aim to slow the spread of the disease. A conversation between Pence and religious leaders about reopening houses of worship unfolded in a nearly empty church.

"By God's grace, the faith of the American people... we'll get through this, sooner rather than later,” Pence said. “We'll get America working again. We'll get America worshipping again."

Am I supposed to believe that it's the WH's fault if any single person gets this highly contagious virus?

meanwhile, creepy sleepy "where's hunter" "noun verb obama" quid pro joe "i like rape" biden is sitting in his dementia riddled basement shitting his diapers
LIke Trump is any better. He can´t even string a coherent sentence together. The US truely has the 2 candidates it deserves.

It's kinda interesting how many top level officials or their families in many different countries have had the Wuhan virus.

I'd imagine most high level officials tend to live in heavily populated areas (capitals and major cities) and are visiting other highly populated areas for work. Oftentimes, part of their job requires them to be around people.

In the USA we're nearing 1.5 million confirmed cases, which means it's much, much higher than that. I don't know a single person who has been tested, except for people who had to be hospitalized (my friend's parents, my cousin). So I'm sure there are plenty of other people carrying Covid19 that are not confirmed just because they haven't had the need to be hospitalized. But if they were "high level officials" or anybody working in close proximity to top level officials instead of normal people, they'd be being tested.
