Firefly and Deadwood are my 2 picks. Especially Firefly. There is still so much that can be done with that universe.

Great show!

The Black Donnelleys was a great pick by someone else, very solid show.
Someone mentioned Human Target, Keen Eddie was also a lot of fun and I really enjoyed it. For some reason Mark Valley can't quite get a show to stick.

I also liked Awake. Too bad it got cancelled and they decided to wrap it as a dream.

Carnivale. Deadwood was cancelled early but I wouldn't count that as one that didn't realize it's potential like some of the other series. Even as it is, Deadwood might be one of the best series ever.
