International Canadian Liberals confusingly scrap carbon tax they created

Yes I am. I support his policies on infrastructure, crime and his overall vision for canada.
Then you are gullible. Have fun on election night.
I dont have to agree with everything he says. Ill never find a party I align with 100%
You should align yourself with someone who doesn't completely suck.
Its not a gross attitude I just know we don't live in a fantasy world where everything can happen in the most ethical ways possible. Certainly not back then.
It's gross as fuck.

Are you planning to vote for Pierre Poilievre? Because he certainly seems to think it's broken

Just a hunch

Ugh. What a gross attitude towards injustice.
You do realize both the Liberals and NDP ran on calling the country broken before the 2015 election. This is a stupid attack on Pollievre.

That's one of the oddest things about Canada. I'm constantly being told that we don't have the refineries for our own crude like that's just some end stop to Canada ever having energy independence.

Why don't we build some then? Is it THAT outlandish an idea?

Meanwhile we send billions overseas to help other countries.
You should build them. The liberals will block it until they are no longer in charge.

My general experience has been that he is right about that though. Ask the average Trudeau voter why they don't vote NDP or Green and they will typically say something like "we had the NDP 30 years ago and it was terrible" or some other non-ideological answer. The conservatives are much worse in this regard of course. They rally around the ideological equivalent of Biden and pretend he is a Trump figure to "own the libs".

We don't have a choice. There is no far right option in Canada. If there was, it would do very well imo.

Maxime Bernier ran last election as the PPC and likely was the reason we got another Trudeau government.

PPC isn't far enough right.

Excuse my interjection, but did the Conservative Party loss have anything to do with Erin O'Toole promising:

1) a Conservative carbon tax?

2) invoking the Emergency Act over Covid?

3) vaccine passports?

What is the point of voting Conservative if all you get is the Liberal platform minus the black face?

Maxime Bernier should be thanked for providing an actual conservative alternative to uniparty politics.

Yeah I'm sure that all factored in to people voting PPC. But my point still stands.

From the stats breakdown I saw, NDP voters are predominantly broke people with a useless 'education.' They make by far the least money (age and province controlled) of voters for any of the 3 main parties.
