Canadian Exposition

If we're being honest shouldnt age also determine things. If you hit 35 in most sports its close to over and you're well out of your prime, unless you're Mr. greatness himself, Oldman Riverwalk, The big fundamental Tim "Superhero" Duncan

In baseball 35 is still your prime

Chris Chelios...

So Tom Glavin from the MLB could play in the NHL but no one from the NHL could play in the MLB.

Selective reading I see.

Paul Manning played in the NHL and was also drafted in the MLB. Grant Fuhr and Gary Sargent played in the nhl, were offered contracts by the mlb.

Science.

Baseball players wear leather belts and button-up shirts for Christ's sake. Just look at the dugout if you want to know how physically demanding baseball is. Guys are recovering and rehydrating when they get a break in other sports and half the guys in baseball are asleep in the dugout or cramming tobacco in their cheek.

Why would you go for another league when you are pro in a sport owners are completely willing across the board to lose money every season to watch you play just like your parents did? Lmfao

It's baseless speculation. Look up Justin Morneau's (2006 AL MVP) time as the back up to a back up goalie in WHL to see an example of a two sport athlete. Or maybe JJ Watt giving up hockey for football.

Also have multiple sauces discrediting the "poorness" of hockey players.

So let me get this straight.

You can't even speculate on NHL players you think MIGHT have been able to make it in other leagues?

Lololololol!!!!

Thanks for playing

Yeah but baseball has athletic aspects.

Faust could any NHL player go pro in another sport?

Name a hockey player that could go pro in another sport.

lol, you're going deep on this one.
dozens of NHL players could go pro in baseball at least.
maybe chara has a sky hook we don't know about.
every single one of them could go pro in golf, your preferred sport.

PolishHeadlock is the biggest loser I've come across on this forum, I don't watch hockey at all but being ignorant and not knowing ANYTHING about a subject yet still coming to your own conclusion while people are giving you actual reasons behind their opinion is unbelievable. Feel bad for anyone that has the misfortune of having to converse with you in the real world, or maybe you're a little girl that can't voice their opinion to people so you do it over the internet for some sort of ego boost.

I had to Google their entire names... they aren't even Google pop ups... definitely A level athletes.

Very good point. They make the least amount of money. Their best are on par with the best of the UFC.

I'm pretty certain that this ridiculous thread is a poor attempt at trolling but there is a video of Kris Letang training with UFC new breed super athlete Rory MacDonald, you should take a look, Rory looks like a child trying to train with his dad.

I'll be real bro, I think you should make a callout thread about him in the Off Topic, I think they call it the OT

Football is the best athletically in regards to most positions. Basketball is second, and Hockey third. Baseball is barely a sport, just ahead of curling in athleticism, just a lot more steroids.

You know I hate golf

I think the min requirement is to be able to do 60, bench press min is 700 pounds

Dont the Philles have a guy in his 80's, starting pitcher, or did he die?

Wat? I was just pointing out that Chelios played until he was like 46.

And you were just arguing the best ufc fight making more career money than the best NHL players... Love ya Pol

Never said that. Just said they're closer to UFC pay then the other pay
