Nelson's last nine wins have come by knockout or TKO.
I don't see Kongo having much luck standing or on the ground (especially not the ground), but the only fighter to stop Kongo with strikes has been Mark Hunt.

Meh. Honestly, when was the last time Roy Nelson showed any particular skill on the ground? He was dominated by Mir, and didn't accomplish much against Monson. His last submission victory was in 2006, back when he was still fighting small-time opponents. His takedowns aren't great, and neither is his top control. His TDD definitely isn't great.
Kongo is a pretty solid wrestler. Who knows what he can do if he scores takedowns and gets top control?
