No but I don't think Topuria can find Paddy easily. We all expect Topuria to back Paddy up to the fence and knock him out. Paddy's skillset might be annoying for Topuria. He doesn't fight in boxing range like Max. Topuria doesn't check leg kicks either. Max isn't a good leg kicker but he found some success targeting Topuria's legs.

If it's a stinker then I am leaning towards Paddy moving back a lot and spamming kicks after he gets cracked hard once trying to move forward.

No. Ilia have proven game changing power. And unlike most power punchers who fall in love with their power too much and don't develop their technical delivery and strategy of delivering as well as it should, ilia has developed that elite level skill. Paddy probably can dominate him if he can get and keep top position. But if he starts going shot for shot with topuria good chance Paddy is hitting the canvas. He will find a clean shot and hurt you the longer the boxing takes place.

If they actually make Paddy vs Ilia I would be so game. Paddy is big, full of confidence, probably equal or better in the JJ and young with everything to prove. The old guys don't have the same drive and if Herbert can hurt ilia I think Paddy can cause problems. I would watch this in a heartbeat, hope they do it.

So many LW rankings are fucked, it's the perfect storm for Paddy to float to the top. Not sure he can beat Islam besides a fluke KO, but the old guard is way too old for LW, well atleast the top 5.
