I don't think so. Ilia is smaller, so he could take the shots better than most Ilia's size, but I still think he'd get knocked out.

He needs to seriously improve his defense and keep his chin down if to fight someone like Ilia, who's boxing and punch form is superb - I'd say the best punch form in the UFC. Most MMA fighters swing blindly with their head down, like fkn amatuers, it's incredible some have 'boxing coaches'...

Ilia punches like a boxer, keeps his eye on you, turns his body into it. Very clean, very good form.

Paddy's shit of 'I will never get knocked out' would be sorely proven wrong. Also why does he keep saying 'scousers don't get knocked out' when Masvidal knocked Darren Till TF out lol.

Yeah, I saw his KO of Herbert. That was about as perfect placement as you can get. Sam Stout could have knocked him out with that one.

I was sure we'd seen Paddy rocked and dropped at some point, but for the life of me I can't remember who it was. Dude's chin looked fantastic against Chandler. Don't remember anyone walking through his shots like that.

Topuria is several levels above anyone he's ever faced and Paddy's slow methodical leg kicks to keep distance that worked so well against Chandler aren't going to work against Ilia. If it gets to the ground it's a fun fight, on the feet it's a massacre.

Wouldnt be the smartest idea to get careless with his defense against someone like Topuria, fight isnt exactly lined up but i wouldnt mind watching it in the future if they both keep winning, and Pimblett isnt the type to take short notice fights, at this level he needs to get better with his diet habits.
