I mean seems pretty self explanatory, like I said, individual storage tanks have been depleted, but the county itself as of May this year had over 96 billion gallons in storage.

She even explains it... they're using water faster than they can refill those 3 tanks which has caused pressure issues. They're not actually out of water.

Most everyone agrees that the racial makeup of things like fire departments and police departments should loosely reflect the racial makeup of the communities they serve.
