Residential burglary is a felony and doesn't matter the property value stolen
I was being sarcastic.

you're categorically wrong. unless you're talking about hurricane Harvey which wasn't a winter storm. It was only ten years after Texas had a similar storm. It wasn't a once in 500 year event.
Oh Fuck off. Is this some kind of game to you? Several historical sites have been wiped out by the fires, some were 100+ years old. How many people’s lives are completely destroyed by Govt leader incompetence in California? 100,000? Not including those who have died… and that number will definitely climb.Sorry but whatever X poster you copied from had it wrong about the Klamath dam, it's a long way from LA. As for the 700 number, I'm surprised you don't know more about what actually happened. With all those citizens dying because of negligence you would have thought there would actually be repercussions.
In contrast, so far 24 people have died in the LA fires.
it was well below freezing, brother. I wouldn't call that a cold snap. someone else made reference to how California can't be expected to adequately respond to a once every 500 year occurrence and most reasonable people would be able to look at what happened in Texas during the 'cold snap' and realize it too was a once in a lifetime occurrence. a little humility goes a long way.
slaves
Not sure if this has been posted but Hasan Piker went on the ground to talk to the slaves being used to fight these fires:
Amazingly, the City's homeless budget exceeds the Fire Departments by almost $500 million
Real journalism from CBS News... what we all knew was true, the Fire Chief confirmed it out loud.
There is no water in the fire hydrants, no fire prevention done, water reservoir empty, DEI applicants hired to mismanage things, No plan at all to prevent fires in a state that regularly gets fires, and money that was supposed to be spent for fire prevention was wasted.I see you don't understand how budgeting works if you think that LAFD had its budget reduced for the year. The lack of critical thinking in this thread is appalling.
Apparently about a third of the firemen are prisoners, who get paid a maximum of $11.24 a day.Horrific stuff happening. I'm heartbroken for all those affected directly by these fires. May G-d protect all the firefighters and anyone who is helping out.
We prefer the term “fireperson” or “firelesbo” thank you.Apparently about a third of the firemen are prisoners, who get paid a maximum of $11.24 a day.
Chicks with no credentials other than sexual preference. Competence is the least priority to the enlightened democrats.Vote in a couple of chicks and the city literally burns down
