Cake and Gravy

If my boss can get away with fellating himself every time he speaks then a little self stimulation here and there shouldn't be a problem.
 
I dump twice a day also, in the morning and right after work. I eat plenty of veggies and drink 5-6 liters of water a day.

3 eggs w/ 1 slice of toast, lawrys seasoning salt
1 cup of coffee

10:30
Turkey sandwich w/ spicy mustard

Drank 1/2 gallon of water between 8:00am - 1:00pm

2:00
chicken enchilada w/ 1 pint of water

4:30
1 pint of chocolate milk

7:30
turkey sausage w/ baby spinach and pasta
1 pint of sierra neveda's celebration ale

9:00
1 pint of chocolate milk

I just took a dump that any mother would be proud of.

For the first time in over a year, I have managed to clog the toilet on refuse alone. The paper was after the fact.
 
I weighed myself this morning and I was 230. I ate a lot last night though. I'm going to try and lose 15lbs by the end of december. It shouldn't be too hard. I'm going to change my eating habits a bit but not too much. Beer consumption will be the main stay. It will take me a few days to get my nutrients down so by thursday it should look "ok".

4.5 ounces of lime- honey glazed chicken
1 cup of brown rice with lawrys seasoning salt

Shake: 2 cups of oats, 2 scoops of protein, dash of cinnamon

4 slices of BBQ chicken pizza w/ ranch for dipping sauce

Shake: 1/2 cup of oats, 2 scoops of protein, cinnamon,
5 g of fish oil

sandwich: 4 ounces of ground turkey mixed with onions, two slices of whole wheat bread
1tbsp of bbq sauce
5 g of fish oil
1 diet coke (for enright)

5 oz of sweet potato fries

two gulps of milk. I put too much hot sauce on every thing and my tongue was on fire. Lulz.

I ate a lot of red meat today. I will make some chicken tomorrow to balance it out.
 
I'm in a glass house these days. I'm living out of a suitcase. I had Jack in the Box for breakfast.
 
The best single item that you can buy from any fast food joint is a Breakfast Jack.

They're cheap, delicious, and always piping hot.

I ran out of protein. I thought I had a back up container but I think one of my ex-roommates jacked me. I have to go to a nutrition store here I guess. I slept in today and then watched an episode of Dexter which is why I ate later than normal.

Burrito: tortilla, 2 oz of black beans, 4.5 oz of ground turkey, hot sauce

6:00pm
turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, corn
8 oz of coors light
I stopped by a wedding reception of a friend and she did thanksgiving themed food. I didn't over indulge. I was around people I didn't know and wanted to get out as soon as possible. I tried coors light for the first time ever, just for Bacon. It tastes just like all the other beer pong beers.

9:00pm
50g mint chocolate protein shake
I really really wanted to cheat. I did refrain from making myself a double peanut butter banana sandwich and a Harkins movie cup filled with chocolate milk. Go me. If I had worked out today though I would have been all over that.
