Yeah, I learned about a year ago in a nutrition class. That's crazy that companies are allowed to call their bread wheat bread or whole wheat and it's just colored wheat bread.

I didn't get my protein from TP. I had to get some from a local store. It actually tastes like chocolate mint, I just didn't want that flavor. The gf bought it though and it was between that and vanilla.

People (Lyle McDonald and others) suggest mono and polyunsaturated (mostly mono I think) during a carb-up, so add some olive oil, and nuts, or whatever.
 
Carbs are awesome.

Complex carbs are the one thing I don't really miss when I "underindulge" on them. I miss fatty meats, dairy, fruit, and fat in general, but rarely carbs.

That being said, I love oats and I love real ice cream. Oats, chocolate whey, and peanutbutter is a combination for all time.

word. I try and get around 50 on low carb day, 20-30 on medium, and as little as possible on high carb. I did have some olive oil in certain things like sweet potato fries. Still, good catch, I could do better.
