Cake and Gravy

Fucking win.

Zero I have serious diet advice. Don't eat anything someone had to make in a factory like granola bars. If you're diet consists entirely of some kind of fresh protein(like chicken, beef, eggs, shakes, etc.), vegetables and fruit, and limited whole grains you will definitely lose weight. It's almost impossible not to because it's so much harder to overeat clean foods. Pretty much eat as much of these good foods as you want but if you're not losing 1-2lbs a week cut out a little here and there until you are.

Sample:

Breakfast-Oatmeal and eggs. Fruit optional.

Snack-nuts and protein shake with a piece of fruit.

Lunch-Chicken, mixed veggies or salad with olive oil dressing, brown rice.

Snack-same as snack above

Dinner-Beef, veggies, fruit.

You can switch it up A LOT, those meals could be as big or small as you need them, the point is eating real food often enough throughout the day to keep your massive appetite in check.

Also if you're fat quit drinking milk. Dairy is one of the easiest things for me to cut out of my diet and it saves a lot of calories. Or you could be like Modena and eat a fucking pound of cheese everyday. that boy ain't right.

Thank you for the advice. Believe it or not i've been going to school for nutrition and dietetics. I'm very interested in nutrition but I'm more into the do what I say and not what I do.

It's pretty easy to change eating habits. You can't eat what you don't buy. When you go the grocery store, stay on the perimeter of the store where the less processed stuff tends to be. The center isles are full of shit.

If you can't grow it or kill it, it's probably bad for you(delicious).

I've been thinking of going into public health for awhile but the more classes I take on it the more I know I will probably hate the whiners of the general public. The real goal would be to work in hospitals with cancer patiens or people that have heart attacks. Sports nutrition has also been very interesting. I'm excited for sports pscyh next year.

This just makes your log even better zero, i love it.

Public health is probably a pretty popular field right now with all the craziness in health care.
