I wish I had a real burger that size in front of me instead of a picture.
Do you think drinking ranch dressing would be a good way to work up to drinking gravy?
Can someone look over my eating so far and advise?

How has your weight changed so far?
You should put every thing in fit day for some macros.
After a quick glance it looks like your eating is fairly carb dominant. If you are trying to lose weight IMO I would try to make every meal protein dominant. I center every meal on protein and carbs are an after though unless its Post Wo or PrwWo on squat and dead days.
That being said some people do not do well on low carb, I would try it for two weeks and see what happens. I respond very well to it and for the most part do not lose much strength or gain it all back with a refeed.
Zero's diet log is quite a paradigm. If he continues to eat normally, people will continue to read for the comedy, but zero's heart will probably seize via lard-clogged arteries in about.... what time is it?
But if he cleans up his diet and starts eating healthy, he'll lose weight and probably live longer. But no one will give a shit.
Lets see which way he goes...
