sure .. I understand his rage as well but he still fkd up .. there's no excuse for shooting into a car with innocents .. lose your mind going after the molester not other people .. what if he had shot and/or killed your family member while trying to go after this guy ? would you still be defending him ?

Maybe he did not see other people in the car? And what type of people are friends with a child molester, I would still excuse Cain to be honest.

recklessly shooting into a car without knowing who's in the car .. good job ..

lol ridiculous comment about being friends .. what about friends or family of serial killers or any other criminal that you weren't aware of what they were doing . . all innocent .. he should be punished to some degree for shooting an innocent .. and he's lucky he didn't kill him/her .. he would deserve a manslaughter charge at the least

Apparently Cain first rammed the car and then opened fire from close range.
There was 3 persons in the car. The target (suspect of abuse), his mother and his stepfather. The stepfather is the one who was shot.

Good for him, anyone who molested a 4 year old child deserves to die the most painful death imaginable. Unfortunately it appears the wrong person got shot.

Clear case of temporary insanity, he should get a slap on the wrist for not aiming properly. But if he had offed the whole car, I'd be ok with it.

I'm not surprised. Based on how he went about things it seems like he might try to hunt the guy down and finish what he started. Judge didn't want to be responsible for that. Still sickening that the molester is bebopping around town though.
