Law Cain Velazquez arrested for shooting.

The sad thing here is that Cains intentions were actually what most would want to do in that kind of situation, it's just that there's this thing called law. I'm sure his emotions got the best of him, but he did put people at risk by starting a high speed chase and firing off rounds.

You would think being an ex mma champ he would have just followed them, wait till they got out and them pummeled the guy. Sure there would be charges, but to a much lesser degree. Or, be strategic, wait till dark and ambush him fully masked like a lucha Libre fighter. Or, get one of the young goons to teach him a lesson and keep your hands clean.
 
I hope he victim wasn't of another race... That super cool "Brown Pride" trash he has on his chest might earn him a hate crime. People don't realize black men commit FAR more Hate Crimes than anyone, and even Hispanic men catch more hate crimes than white guys (per capita).
Fuck him.

It doesn't bother us that much tbh. Except when you steal our tales of heroism, like pretending you cracked the enigma code. Except we did that to the Poles by ignoring their contribution.
 
Listening to Rogan and Bisping they weren’t sure but said cains 4 ur old daughter molested by this guy over 100 apparently .. if so wish he got his barehands on him until the POS was dead

Was going to post this. Can't blame him whatsoever and I couldn't rule against him if I was on the jury. If there's ever a justification for temporary insanity this type is stuff is it. I wish him and his family all the best getting through this trying time..

California is weird. They seem to go easier on crime and sex crime in general but come down harder on cases like these.

I don't really have anything to back that statement. But thats how it appears to me.
 
Would be the easiest thing in the world to support if he didn't shoot the wrong person.

I doubt the guy was running around telling everyone he knows that he's a child molester.

Yes, it seems like it would be a lot more satisfying and less risk of harming the wrong person with this method. Not completely pummel him. More like get him in positions and make the guy really feel how weak he is by putting him different positions where Cain controlled him and could easily break his arm or choke him out. Release him and do it over again. Must better than trying to shoot him.

Then call the police so he is arrested and the state could prosecute him.
 
So what you think he will get here? Is it really the 15 years I see is minimum in Cali for this type of crime? Or can prosecutor let him plead to something else you think?

shooting into a car with people who are not the target ... nothing wrong ? lol .. if he was dealing solely with the molester, I'm all for it but that wasn't the case here .. he fkd up
