Law Cain Velazquez arrested for shooting.

I'm saying the court should judge him. Based on what I've heard so far its not clear whether he was just helping little kids at a daycare go to the bathroom or molesting them. That's why the full investigation and the case needs to play out.
Where have you heard it's not clear? The investigators determined he molested multiple kids and arrested him the day they were there investigating.

That's not what happened. Where are you getting this from?

Said it jokingly on the other thread but Cain should have game planned better.

If your gonna go after him, do it right, plan it out and get your man. Not fly off the handle and get no vengeance to go with potential prison time...

"Goularte, 43, is facing felony charges that he molested a child. He was arraigned in Santa Clara County Superior Court on February 25."

Now you tell me what happened you :eek::eek::eek: apologist....... according to your sources. I'll wait.

Your article says there was one molestation accusation, not multiple. I'm a fan of law and order. If the guy is guilty, lock him up for life. I'm just aware we've seen cases like this where the person was innocent. And you're going to look like a fool if that happens here. I have the right to not immediately lynch someone for a case that is currently being investigated.

Well I'll take the word of investigators over you who has provided zero evidence or proof of anything other than saying what you've heard..... yet you won't provide a source for one thing you've heard <JagsKiddingMe>

They are still investigating you dunce. Do you know what the purpose of a trial is?

Bright side is, since he was caught, it's much better for his defense that he flew off the handle and didn't plan anything.

I agree with you, but why am I tagged in this post-or at least it says I was quoted in my messages

Yeah you don't have to be a parent to recognize the heinousness of the crime. But you have to be a parent to understand how the passion element of what happend, changes drastically when its your underage kid. How that would completely blind you. Case in point, I'd probably be agreeing with you, before I became a father.

As for the laws, they're not flawless. Wasn't long ago you had Jim Crow laws etc. In my and alot of peoples book, those 2 judges, especially the first one that let the :eek::eek::eek: out, are way bigger culprits then Cain.
I don't think you need to be a parent to understand this. We've all been children, we've been around children. We have nieces and nephews, friends with kids, etc. As a human being, it's not a difficult thing to imagine.
This isn't that I don't understand what Cain did, I do. But I don't condone it to the point where I can say 'he did nothing wrong, and this is how the system should work'. I can understand him without okaying it.
We can't live in a world where people can just take the law into their own hands like this.
Acknowledging that is not being some :eek::eek::eek:phile apologist.

The laws are far from flawless, but we have things called trials.
You have to have your day in court and be convicted of a crime first. You can't just make, or go off of accusations and go off people. Especially in the way that Cain did it where he ended up shooting someone else, and putting the public in danger in a high speed chase.

I wonder if Cain will be deported? I think I read somewhere that he’s technically an illegal.

He was obviously too emotional to plan effectively. It may have been premeditated but he certainly did not carry out his plan with any precision

How does that usually work? Do they have to serve their sentence first and then get the boot? Theoretically that could be kinda decent if he gets to avoid a stiff sentence by leaving the country.

I think it does work like that. My idea is better though. I think anyone caught committing a felony who’s here illegally should be immediately return to Mexico. Via catapult.

Tough, but fair

If only we could know for sure that they wouldn't return.
