i only see cain returning if medical procedures with or without some chemical help, have him feeling healthier.

and if he does it is ufc, after dc retires
 
I think its a pretty even match-up. Assuming Cain comes in healthy, it could actually be fun, its just not as meaningful as it would have been a couple od years ago.

It would also not be indicative at all of how a prime vs. prime fight would look. Too much aging and deterioration.
 
I seriously doubt Dana wouldnt have any contract agreement with Cain about returning to MMA. Plus this is not a fair match-for either of them; old-slow-chinny-passed-his-prime-Fedor vs slow-busted-knee-busted-back-no-cardio Cain is not exactly a dream match...it does sound like a Coker fight, though.
I'd watch regardless
