lol what are you babbling about? Jones belt has much more prestige than Cain's everyone pretty much agrees Heavyweight is one of the weakest divisions in MMA. Jones also does better PPV numbers and gets paid more I think you mean Cain wants what Jones has.

Well Cain isn't going to move down, and he's the champion at the weight class they'd be fighting at.
 
if jones wants to fight cain, he needs to move up. plain and simple. the heavier the division, the more prestige there is. there's a reason why the heavyweight champion is considered, "the baddest man on the planet".
 
The thing is Cain isn't calling Jones out. Like anthor poster said, Cain could careless about the light heavyweight belt, heavyweight belt is the most prestigious belt and the belt holder is called the baddest man on the planet.

Jones is the one who said he wants to fight the best athletes at AKA. Well Jones, stop cutting weight and make it happen. Cain awaits...

I get it, you want to hype "your guy" but get real... just like Cain could give two hoots about the LHW belt, he cares even less for PPV numbers or marketability. .. if he did, he would be out there attention whoring aswell. The guy just genuinely just like to compete and kick a$$ .

Lol this just isn't true. Obviously Jones has to go up to fight Cain but Jones PPV's get more buys and he gets paid more.

A lot more people know who Jones is than Cain this isn't the Lesnar era that idea is antiquated.

ESPN doesn't cover Cain's fights the way they do Jon, right now the LHW division has much more prestige in the eyes of the casual fan, especially with Werdum getting the next shot.

They are both the champs of their respective divisions, thus they have both earned a shot at each other.

Now stop shitting on Cain just because he has a bad history of injuries, it's not like he decided for that to happen. If he beats Werdum, it would be awesome to see him fight Jones late 2015. If not, then let Werdum fight Jones. Champ vs. champ.

No it doesn't. Weidman and Jones have been carrying the PPV buys they're the most popular champs by far in the casual fans eye.

This idea that the Heavyweight title is the most prestigious is so antiquated, look at Boxing the most popular divisions are the lower ones. No one gives half a shit about the Klitschko's they don't even put their fights on PPV

The heavyweight title is earned and along with it comes the title of the baddest man on this planet.

Jones can simply say he wants a heavy weight title shot and the UFC and Dana White would bend over backwards to make it happen. So what's stopping him?
