Bulking Plateau - Help Needed

^^I agree with steps 1-3 but not 4 necesarily. I don't give a fuck if you're "bulking" you should be lifting for "strength" instead of mass otherwise you have a fat vagina filled w/ lots of sand

This thread is also retarded, eat more and you will gain weight. There is no magical exercise that enables you to break the law of conservation of mass.

Eat more calories than your body needs => gain in weight
