Media Brunson wonders about NBA players' pay.

You know the name of a form, I know the job. You’re too fucking stupid to comprehend what I wrote, dummy.
And if you do work for the IRS where the fuck is my tax return? You guys aren't even picking the phone up anymore after going through all the button pushing to speak to someone. There's a recording saying due to high volume in calls no one can answer my questions.

I filed in February and had to make changes in March. It's December next week.

I’m an auditor, Fuck face. You don’t need want a CP2000 from me.
See, this is how I know you’re a GD cretin, instead of trying to get useful info from me, you go with the aggressive ignorance. They’ve probably flagged your return if it’s anything like the bullshit you posted here.
Imagine being so childish you have to imagine I’m making up the shit I posted, lol.

Wow calm down. It's Thanksgiving and it's the internet. Take a chill pill on the aggression.

Once again you could be talking at a 9 year girl or talking to your boss's boss so don't take it seriously. You shouldn't let unknown strangers have this much control over your emotions.

I hope the rest of your day goes well.

This is an mma site I don't come here for info on the IRS and taxes so don't behead me for not believing you. And you should take what I say with a grain of salt.

Now hes being diva...

What I meant by "Diva" is he just wants his way because they fell shy of making it to the NBA Finals. I don't think his reason to go to the Nets is to get paid more money, he wants a title. The Nets have Durant, Irving, Dinwiddie, LaVert...and other guys comping off the bench that are darn good players.

Why the hell do you think it means?

Alright I'll explain it in layman's terms.

You're a delivery driver and you use your own car for work purposes. So that entitles you to write off your gas, mileage and maintenance brought on by your work. Then when you do your taxes whatever you owe them minus your expenses from it.

In Brunson's case he can write off training costs, recovery, supplements, travel, etc and get all that money back at tax time.

He won't get the money back at tax time. If he is 1099'd, which I believe all UFC fighters are, it's pretty easy to figure out:

If he makes $500K in fight purses and he writes off training costs, recovery, supplements, travel, etc. he doesn't get the money back. Lets say he writes of $150K in expenses...

$500K made
$150K in expenses
$350K left over...This is the amount he claims as net income on his tax return and pays taxes on this amount.

I am not trying to be a dick or side with the guy you have been arguing with because it was simply quite comical reading both of your posts. Although, @flairleguccijoints got fairly heated and called you a bunch of names that were not needed.

Pretty sure everyone doesn't make that much in the NBA. Also, each team has it's own budget and financial situations. Stupid tweet by a dude that should be looking for a fight.
A jobber on the bench can easily make 7$ a season.

Brunson is on TV fighting generating revenue (2 fights a year) for 10 minutes a year. Lebron James is on TV generating revenue (72 regular season games, ~ 24 playoff games, 2.5 hours a game) for 14,400 minutes a year. That makes a difference.

Simply put, 99% of guys aren't going to make big bucks for something they can only do 2 times a year..
Makes sense, if you ignore the brutal training camp they put up with before fights.

If the NBA has a 10% profit margin and the UFC has a 5% profit margin, then the NBA can afford to pay twice the revenue % that the UFC can. The NBA can afford to pay 40-50% of revenue if they have a higher profit margin. If the UFC did the same, there might not be a UFC anymore.

The UFC is a smaller organization than the NBA. So, fixed costs alone, that are the same for the NBA or the UFC no matter the size of the company, make a higher % of the UFC's revenue and lower their profit margin relative to the NBA. The UFC is famously indebted. I would not be surprised at all if paying 40-50% of revenue against their debt load would sink the company and destroy the sport.

I can guarantee that the UFC has a higher profit margin because they pay such a low percentage of revenues to its fighters.

Last February 14 the UFC gave a dividend of $300,000,000 to be split amongst its investors.

"Some interesting financial numbers were also included in their report. According to their sources, the UFC had $900 million in revenue, and just $150 million of that went to the fighters. This would mean that the UFC paid fighters less than 16% share of the revenue."

The fighters are getting robbed, plain and simple.
