Bruce has the best movie overall with Die Hard, and he can arguably have the better catalog of movies which I don't think he does. He's still not in the same universe as Denzel when it comes to acting.

I would take Remember the titans, training day, Courage under fire or Malcom X over Bruce in the Die hard movies. I know the Die hard movies are more Popular though.

Also Denzel wins this easily. He is one of the greatest actors of all time IMO. Bruce not even close to that.

Bruce Willis has been a joke for a decade and Denzel is still making big movies and getting Oscar nominations. Willis makes the same kind of movies as Steven Seagal and John Cusack now. Shit that shouldn't even make it to Netflix.

If you want to compare 1985-2000 or so, then there's something to talk about. But Denzel had another 20 great years and Bruce just withered away. A long time ago, arguably 20 years ago.

Career Length should not be a tie on that graph. Bruce gets almost no credit for the last 10 years.

I love both of these guys, to me they're both legends of cinema. And I find them very comparable. They're both damn good actors, they both have done a wide range of roles. They're both known for their certain personality and charm that they bring to the screen. These aren't chameleon actors, they're not the type of actors who get lost in becoming a role, or who change themselves dramatically for a specific character. Instead, they are the character. They're the type of actors who movie makers have in mind when writing a role. And it's because people love the charm they bring to a movie, it's something very difficult to replicate.

Anyways, enough nut hugging, who do you like better? I made a quick graph of their actor stats, and where I think each fall in those categories. It's just my personal opinion on the two...

As far as how to choose between the two, it's totally up to you. You can analyze everything from their skills, to their career, and make an educated decision... or you can simply pick one of them because they made one specific badass movie that simply can't be touched.

All of you picking Bruce Willis because of Die Hard... one movie from 30+ years ago is how you define a career? Talk about living in the past. Have you seen any of the Die Hard sequels, Live Free or Die Hard and A Good Day to Die Hard? Complete trash and Willis just phones it in, like he has been phoning it in for pretty much everything this millennium.
