mate, no disrespect but its a quarter muslim and its had the fastest rising property prices in the uk in 2016. nothing you just said is stronger evidence than where people will spend their life savings on buying a home. and saying its close to london really isnt against the point, because yes, its diverse and close to one of the diversity capitals of the world. which is why its so expensive. surely if londons so shit, then it doesnt make sense for you guys to be saying, yeah its shit but its close to london.
