I live 15/20 miles outside of luton in a sought after market town, if i walked around telling everyone Luton is a nice area to live in id be laughed at and told to stop being silly. Why not highlight a nicer area like chesham?, large bangladeshi community and a nice area ti live. Bury park is pretty much a no go zone like many other deprived areas of the country. The house prices in Luton are lower than Hemel Hempstead, which is also a shithole but not quite as bad as Luton. Even the armpit town of dunstable full with deprived chavs is a shithole, again its not as bad as Luton. Have you even been to bury park? Marsh farm? Complete turd holes.
