I can tell you that the average house price where I am is triple that of Luton and on par with most London boroughs.

Where do you live Seiger? Bradford, Luton or one of those London boroughs that was ranked the 9 of the top 10 worst places to live?

Not London, but not far away.

Btw, the housing market doesn't decree where the best area is. (Luton is the fastest rising, but there are dozens and dozens of towns and cities that have higher standards of living, healthcare, and housing)

Seiger, Luton is an absolute shithole. Even the muslim guy I work with will tell you its a shit hole. Riddled with crime and drugs. I live 15/20 miles outside of luton in a sought after market town, if i walked around telling everyone Luton is a nice area to live in id be laughed at and told to stop being silly. All you are doing is trying to make out muslim areas are nice, giving Luton as an example is so fucking stupid. Why not highlight a nicer area like chesham?, large bangladeshi community and a nice area ti live. You may get some credibilty from people who live in herts, beds and bucks if you stop talking out of your arse.

Bury park is pretty much a no go zone like many other deprived areas of the country. The house prices in Luton are lower than Hemel Hempstead, which is also a shithole but not quite as bad as Luton. Even the armpit town of dunstable full with deprived chavs is a shithole, again its not as bad as Luton. Have you even been to bury park? Marsh farm? Complete turd holes.
