I see what you mean. But I think its more than just rubbing shoulders. I think when he gets to a city he goes to a legit gym and trains while he's there. Sometimes it might only be a weekend. But he does train.

Okay so the moral of the story is without the UFC ever telling us Brian Stann has retired but is still going all around the US and training with fighters who have upcoming fights. I think no one has said that yet and is article worthy by Sherdog itself if true. That would be extreme dedication and another level of commentator.
