Law BREAKING: Democrats dealt HUGE BLOW as SCOTUS hands Trump BIGGEST WIN

@ShadowRun this is a bad thread. Click baity title, no link or anything, and just trying to rile people up rather than examine the topic. This is the worse side of politics where there is indifference to the content and just tribal team sport cheering. I know you could’ve done better here from our interactions in the past.

Maybe long long ago, he's been one of the dumbest posters here for at least 5 years. No thought, just spamming libs of tiktok tweets and Andy Ngo.

I am a native New Yorker. Believe me, getting rid of Gang members and dangerous illegal criminals is a win for me and my fellow citizens. You can already see a difference. I was in the city on Saturday and saw and felt the difference. No tatted faces and gang members in Penn or GC or around terminal where they were conducting "business" before. People think they were just into drugs and theft type crime, but they also run trafficking with forced prostitution. Now that has quieted down in Manhattan as well. Queens is still bad though. And he didn;t "light" the economy on fire--Biden had plenty of dips and you all said the market has ups and downs. Now it's "It's lit on fire". You say Trumpism, I say TDS and Liberal bullshit. Judges protecting violent gang members? That's the hill you want to fight for?
Everyone in this country getting due process is a hill I’m willing to die on, because it’s what the Constitution says, and it’s a vital part of what makes us not be a banana republic. The fact that you and people like are you will so easily give that up is scary AF.

What is happening with the stock market is a direct result of specific, intentional actions taken by the Trump administration. This is obvious. They are not just typical ups and downs that occur normally, they are 100% planned and directly caused by Trump.

Its insane that illegal immigrants should have any "Due Process" The only process they should have is being processed the fuck out of the US.

If you don’t like something in the Constitution, there’s a process for amending it.
Although I don’t know why you’d want to give the government power to just declare people guilty of something, with no presumption of innocence or process in which those making the accusation have to prove it.

How about the illegal and immoral and inhumane treatment Laken Riley recieved because Biden didn't give her killer due process getting into this country?
That's another violation of the law and a terrible tragedy that should never have happened.

But thats just you deflecting from the point which is that due process is part of how we protect united states citizens from illegal immoral and cruel acts by the state onto us.

You guys don't realize it but ignoring due process is green lighting the seizure and imprisonment of citizens without... due process. You are supporting the removal of your own protections as citizens of the United States from molestation by the government.

Enhancing biometric security measures could take care of both sides. Easier to verify someone meaning separating legal status vs those bound for the catapults

They see it, they just believe it will never be "them". They don't seem very bright, and they are incredibly short-sighted.

Yea, ACLU was happy with the ruling. Seems like everyone is fine with the result. The piece on the accidental deportation not being returned will probably be the next thing we see an update on soon? That would be a big one if Trump is following orders as it’s pretty cut and dry in bringing him back or not.

Democrats getting a rude awakening about activist judges. They can only delay the inevitable for a couple of weeks

This is yet another ruling that is pretty narrow, and doesn’t actually address the question itself. They just allowed the order terminating probationary employees to stand while this all plays out in lower courts. Which still sucks for federal workers, don’t get me wrong. But not some bombshell ruling.

“…the Supreme Court's stay, which allows the administration to execute the firings for now while it litigates in federal court, does not mean the actual terminations were lawful. The High Court did not address those questions Tuesday, and left the door open for other parties, with better standing arguments, to bring a case in the future.”

According to the supreme court, the previous judges orders are lawless. So the people who are crying about this don't believe in the rule of law.

Well, I am glad there they structured some more due process. Wonder what it will be since all these people are already flagged right?

Given all 9 justices agreed on the due process part, dunno what dems have against it. Give them due process and if a gang member, why not ship them back home or to El Salvador?

Glad the other ruling had even more support 7-2. Why wouldn’t Trump or his cabinet not be able to fire the people under them? That was a bizarre one to rule against him.

It is funny tho that the people most crying fascism and such are the ones losing in court regarding the constitution, while judge shopping to try and stop a democratically elected president using his constitutional authority
