I always take the biggest dump when I wake up, needless to say it leaves me with no appetite for the rest of the morning until lunch. I can skip lunch too though. I'd say dinner is best for me buy I love all foods from all meal times.
Dinner is number one with breakfast as a close second. I have time to cook dinner and eat a ton of good food. Breakfast is only really good on weekends when I have time to make the good stuff. Lunch I am usually in a hurry and eat shitty food.
