Brazil crowds are the best...

Americans are the worse crowd, that's for sure. Specially the drunk Las Vegas "fans".

"USA! USA! USA !" Seriously...

Then you watch NBA and all you can hear from the crowd is "Defense ! Defense! Defense! Go heat! Go heat!" or something like that..

American fans care more about their hot-dog and beer! Their chants are the worse all around, not only in mma.

this dude has never seen an old ECW show, thats for sure

HOLY SHIT!!! *clap clap clap*

Wec had the advantage of not being as main stream to weed out more meat heads, generally people who go to wec shows would be a bit more seasoned mma fan.

Australian crowds > Japanese crowds> brit crowds> American crowds> Brazilian crowds.

Will Bisping survive the crowd if he wins?

It's actually the worst lol.

The Japanese are the best

Name another country that has been more dominant than America over the last 70 years.

There are none.

Why do you suppose that's true? Are you guys just better than everyone?

Brazil is one of the worst. They have good energy though; I'll give them that.

Please explain to me how calling something 'second-rate' is bigoted? There's first-rate and then there's second-rate. First rate is more powerful and influential than second-rate... obviously. So if you're not the most powerful and influential country in the world then you are second rate. There's nothing wrong with that. Only one country can be in front and who is in front changes all of the time. In the future the USA wont be in front and it will become second-rate. Nothing wrong with that. It doesn't make it worthless.

Saying something is second-rate may be blunt, but it's not bigoted. It's honest.

Being blunt =/= bigoted.
I dont think your definition of second-rate country would hold true if I asked any expert about it.
Think about Germany, France, England, China, Japan, if these countries are all second rate countries next to the US, specially regarding your criteria of powerfull and influential I wouldnt call Brazil a second rate country, it would be an even lower rate, therefore your argument is invalid non matter how you frame it.

You guys are sad. Arguing over crowds and chants who cares this isn't a fucking softball game where you create a cheer. It is fighting I don't care about the crowds or chants I care about the event itself. Maybe we should start creating our own chants for mma how about ra ra re kick him in the knee haha

its hilarious, they boo'ing americans when most of the brazilians they cheer live in america. :icon_chee

even belfort lives full time in florida lol.

I agree I love it. As long as it's loud. They don't boo the action. I don't give a shit if they boo or not during intros. It's just for their guys. They aren't booing the action.
They definitely booed when fights got slow.

The American crowds have been criticized on here for years. Anderson got booed in his first few UFC's, even during his walk-outs. There were threads non-stop about how bad the US crowds were. Brazilians did the exact same things, only louder.

Brazilian crowds only seem to be enthused with the fight when Brazilian fighters are winning. If the Brazilian is losing they get real quite or boo.

You don't really see this in America. The American fans may cheer for their home fighter but if someone like Shogun, Machida, Anderson, or Aldo is kicking ass they will cheer the action.

Yes you do, it's the only reason I dislike the USA chant. American fighter seem to only be American when they are winning as soon as they are losing the crowd disowns them. A fighter needs a crowd the most when they are losing to build them up but that's when the USA chants disappear. If you want to support a fighter just because of his nationality fine go for it (chanting his name would be better but whatever) but do it through thick and thin.
