Tim is one of the famously reformed junkies who left that lifestyle behind before achieving his success.

He is vociferously anti-drug, and while he knows enough to understand what can lead a person to that life, he doesn't make endless excuses for them.

Bryan reportedly assaulted the victim, impeded her breathing, and took her phone away when she tried to call 911, police said. The victim declined medical assistance.

Bryan was booked into Lane County jail after 1 a.m. Saturday.
