I'm personally glad. The first fight was awesome but he has even less chance in the 2nd fight, doesn't need the money and certainly doesn't need to take any more punishment.

I haven't seen anyone picking him or points spread. Idk if Lomachenko is gonna get the KO because they are so small. Though he has finished most his fights.

todd has a nice right hand that took shabranskyy out of the fight when he fought barrera. also a good left hook to the body. i think that there is a chance that bernard may have the gbp fighter todd as his protogee as they share a prison/philadelphia connection and hopkins uses him as a sparring partner. if so, there is no way that hopkins would put him in with the experienced ukranian if he did not believe that he had a chance. sharbranskyy has great output so the risk of unthank may getting out worked or even kod(he admitted to being hurt against goyco) imo makes the line justified.

loma was critical of mikeys performance with broner so i could see him going the full 12 looking for the stoppage and trying to outdo garcia.
his team basically said that there wasnt some great difference in skill, just that broner didnt throw enough punches and insinuated that adrian was simply outworked.

Which is why I've said I favour a late stoppage.
Marriaga is a tough guy but he will slow down later in the fight, especially trying to cope with Loma. He's never been finished but the times he has been dropped it's been rounds 9 and 10. Loma is not a concussive knockout puncher but the accumulation will eventually ware on Marriaga and I think the referee probably stops it between 7-12 or he just doesn't get up if he gets put down.
Confident he gets it done between 7-12 so like I said, if the odds are 1.80 (-125.00) or above that will definitely be my main play for this weekend. Will likely post some more boxing bets for this weekend too.
My prediction would be round 10. Lomacheko likely up 8 rounds to 1 and stops him in the 10th.

i put a little more on the 7-9 than the 10-12.
marriaga was not having weight issues and i dont know why he decided to move up. better to be the number three or four guy at fw than be a gatekeeper at 130 after getting kod by vasyl. im sure marriaga was not all that thrilled to hear loma criticizing mikeys performance as nothing special knowing that vasyls probably going to want to look impressive.

When Salido finally got the deal he wanted financially he then suffered a hand injury, which led to a weight issue which lead to it not coming together. Apparently Marriaga wanted this fight and opportunity so was happy to come up in weight to get the fight. Loma wasn't going to say no, it's a fight to keep busy against a decent enough guy to benefit from it in preparation for a high profile fight. Marriaga will try make it a fight and won't just come to play part in a glorified sparring match. But like I said, he has enough to last 7 in my eyes but after than is the issue and I expect the mid to late stoppage.
May put a little on more specific round betting but don't see a huge point considering the 2.40 price of 7-12, didn't expect such a generous price and it's definitely worthy of a main play.
i agree that 7-12 is a solid play at the number. not a very good weekend for boxing or mma. i am looking forward to the soto karass fight if live betting is offered. i think that jesus could win the first three or four rounds and then gas if he makes the weight with mauricio taking over the second part of the fight.
did you bet unthank may? hes down to +300 now and if he has the punch resistance he could be a live dog
