Body slam is never used in UFC

It's called Kata guruma in judo

No it isn't. Tucking your chin absolutely does change the extreme force and shock on the neck and spinal column. It used to be the first thing we would teach our high school wrestlers back when suplexes were legal in high school wrestling. It often knocks the wind out of less experienced guys, but the only people I've ever seen get badly injured from a suplex are guys who don't tuck their chin and arms in.
That was also the first thing they taught me at Judo. If your chin was not tucked, they wouldn't even allow you to go and compete. Small thing, but probably the most important when you're getting salmed.

To be fair.. Brunson is only finally putting it together, Yoel never wrestles although he's probably the best wrestler credential-wise the UFC MW division have seen (someone correct me?)

I wouldn't bet that Izzy would walk through these guys easily in their prime during Anderson's era:

Weidman
Okami
Lutter
Sonnen
