Fighters don't want to go to ground with him because he is huge and technical, which puts everyone in the division in a tricky situation when comes to striking. Are they going to sit on their punches and throw kicks without caution? I doubt it. Bo got his ass whooped but RDR landed those same knees on Rob and caused him problems. I don't know what RDRs ceiling is, but he is a miserable opponent for everyone. Big, lanky, quality BJJ, and adequate striking.

He really is a tough out. I'd be interested in seeing him vs Khamzat at some point. Stylistically, it's a good match.

Personally I place Imavov/Caio winner over RDR. I feel like it's too easy to get fixated on record or resume in mma. Imavov/Caio/RDR/Khamzat all deserve titleshot. To me it depends who wants to get ahead of each other with more wins or sit around. Winner of DDP/Khamzat isn't going to immediately defend most likely a 6 month wait after to pick the next in line. UFC is backing up contenders in all divisions because of how slow the process is to get titles defended. I miss the days champs defended more often and contenders just kept winning and staying active until there was no other choice.
