Bo Nickal has looming business to handle at UFC 322, but he might have already secured a high-profile position for his next promotional outing.

During an appearance on "The Ariel Helwani Show,” Nickal revealed that he spoke to President Donald Trump about competing on the UFC’s White House event scheduled for June 2026.

“I’m planning on being on that card. That’s history. That’s exciting. That’s something I feel like I would be ecstatic and grateful to be a part of,” Nickal said. “I’ve got to take care of business. I’ve talked with President Trump; he wants me on the card. I’m sure that if things line up, we’ll make it happen.”

TV Appearance Set Stage for Impromptu Phone Call

How exactly did Nickal connect with Trump? According to the former three-time NCAA national champion wrestler, the U.S. President decided to give Nickal a ring when he saw the UFC middleweight on “Fox & Friends” talk show.

“I was on Fox promoting the [Real American Freestyle] event. He obviously watches that — I was on Fox and Friends. He called me up and sent me some encouragement,” Nickal said. “We talked about the card for a second. I told him that I want to get on it and he said, ‘Done deal.’ Him and Dana [White] are obviously very close. If he puts a good word on my behalf, then it’s probably putting me in a good position.”

I find the whole event concept distasteful.

I'd like it if the Secret Service stepoed in and said "Nope sorry, Mr. P. we ain't having that event, far too much general and specific risk ".

Bah Humbug etc etc

Who should Bo Nickal, on a 2-fight losing streak where he was finished both times, fight on the opening fight of the early prelims of the White House card? Brad Tavares?
Ronda?

Does trump even know or care who this guy is? I don't.

You’d think getting dropped by a body knee would bring this guy down to earth. I guess gingers don’t have any humbleness in addition to be soulless.

He’s tailormade for the white house (preliminary) card
He gets a can
My guess is michel pereira If he’s still signed
